What does it cost?

Whats your problem will be in a position to offer free appointments to those in financial difficulty once the appropriate grant funding is available.
Why should I use your service?
Whats your problem is passionate about solving your problem and making your life easier. We will take the time to get to know you and what you need and we will offer simple, down to earth, confidential advice for a fee that you can afford.
Why do we do it?
People in crisis need real support. Day to day life can be overwhelming if their basic needs like having somewhere to live and food to eat are not being met or if they feel that they or their children are at risk of harm.
Many people cannot afford the services of a Solicitor and civil legal aid is no longer available for cases involving divorce, child custody, clinical negligence, welfare, employment, immigration, housing, debt except in special circumstances. This has left vulnerable people unable to get the advice and representation they need.
How do we do it?
- We provide a fast, affordable support to people when they need it.
- We use a network of specialists to find the right advice for our client’s circumstances.
- We use our knowledge and skill to provide real hands on practical and emotional support.
- We provide a Mckenzie Friend Service to people who go to court without representation.
What is a CIC
A CIC is a special type of company which is designed for social enterprises who want to use their profits and assets for the public good. It exists to benefit the community rather than shareholders and is regulated by the office of the CIC Regulator. It can also be known as a “Not for Profit” yet our ultimate plan is to make a profit and use those profits to benefit the community.
